After the (amazing) CMS Koken, that I had been using on my photography website for almost the last decade folded, and I started to receive security warnings from my webspace provider, it was time to reset my online portfolio. Although I am taking on less and less professional work (to concentrate on my PhD), photography still remains an important passion for me, and I am actually quite happy to develop it without the pressure of achieving certain results.

IN THE END, WE’RE PROUD OF WHAT WE BUILT, YET SAD FOR HOW IT ENDED. WE PUT SO MUCH OF OURSELVES INTO EVERY PIXEL AND LINE OF CODE, AND HATED WATCHING THE PRODUCT SLOWLY WITHER AND FALL APART OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS. WE HOPE THAT BY SHARING THIS FAREWELL MESSAGE WE CAN ALL MOVE FORWARD.

THANK YOU FOR BELIEVING IN KOKEN. WE’RE SAD TO SEE IT GO.

— Todd Dominey, Co-Founder of Koken

You will find a slimmed down portfolio section, some galleries with a more extensive selection of photos (mostly from cycling events), and maybe from time to time a blog post here on my new website. It will take some time till all portfolio sections and galleries are filled with life (again, I have to write a PhD thesis).
